Upon request, delivery services such as DoorDash and GrubHub will send you an email notification for each order you receive. Manage My Business scans these emails to get the order details and shows them in the app.
Note: Caviar order emails are sent by DoorDash, which owns Caviar. Setting up DoorDash per the instructions below will automatically include Caviar orders. The same thing is true for GrubHub/Seamless orders.
This setup process is just required once per delivery service. Once it's set up, these orders will automatically appear in the Manage My Business app
- If you do not currently receive email notifications for each order, contact Customer Support for that delivery service and request email notifications.
- Auto-forward these emails to delivery@managemybusiness.app (see details below).
- That's it. The rest of the setup will completed for you over the next 24 hours.
The detailed instructions for Gmail are included below. If you use Outlook, Yahoo or other email provider, the process will be similar. Please email us at support@managemybusiness.app if you need assistance with your email provider.
The first step is to add delivery@managemybusiness.app as an approved forwarding address. To do this, open Settings by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Then click See All Settings, and then the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab and then Add a forwarding address (as shown below).

Enter delivery@managemybusiness.app into the email address field, as shown below. Make sure the email address is spelled correctly and ends in .app (not .com), and then press Next. Gmail will send a notification to Manage My Business to approve this request – which will be approved within 24 hours (and typically much faster).

At this point, no email is being forwarded to this email address. To do this, you need a create an auto-forwarding rule following the steps below.
Open Gmail on a desktop or laptop and view one of the order emails from a delivery service. As an example, the email from DoorDash will look like the image below. Click the three dots in the upper right corner and select Filter messages like this.

The following screen will appear. Notice that this filter will only auto-forward emails sent to you from orders@doordash.com. Click Create filter to continue.

And then as the final step, check the box next to Forward it to: and select delivery@managemybusiness.app. Click the Create Filter button to complete the process.

From this point forward, these delivery orders will automatically appear in the Manage My Business app within a minute of when the email is received.
To stop forwarding these emails, simply delete the forwarding rule and/or delete the forwarding email address.
Please contact support@managemybusiness.app if you need assistance.
